Human Centered Design Methodology

Over the years, I have created and continuously refined a Human-Centered Design toolkit to help teams design with empathy and purpose. This toolkit brings together proven methods, practical templates, and actionable frameworks that guide teams through discovery, ideation, and prototyping.

 

Beyond Connect

The goal was to envision a future of work where employees have a single, intelligent entry point to access all company information. By leveraging AI, this experience will better understand the ask, surface relevant insights across the entire ecosystem, and empower employees with agents that can act on their behalf. This unified platform would simplify workflows, increase visibility, and transform how people interact with technology.

1XP

The project reimagined how we enable digital experiences by leveraging our preferred channel within the 1XP platform rather than relying on external agencies, and by using prototypes to craft an engaging, standardized experience that drives adoption and desired behaviors. As part of this effort, we introduced and tested an AI Synthetic Persona, created from end-user interviews, to validate ideas and ensure the experience resonated with user needs.

Fuelight

A collaborative workshop to align the Marketing Allocation ROI initiative across Global and OU levels and define a phased MVP strategy for the markets. Outcomes included prioritized requirements, a unified global vision, and a roadmap for design, development, and launch.


ICEBREAKER

To kick off the workshop, we introduced a creative exercise where each participant selected a car brand that best represents the type of project output they envision. Car brands carry strong reputations for luxury, performance, reliability, innovation, and by matching a brand to the project, everyone shared their perspective on the desired qualities of the final solution. This activity sparked conversation, aligned expectations, and set the tone for a collaborative, forward-thinking session.

Digital Exchange

Clickable prototypes used to test application interfaces and user journeys for an end-to-end data exchange platform. The solution was intended to enable secure inbound and outbound data sharing between TCCC and external partners (bottlers, agencies, vendors), with governance, catalog/discoverability, APIs, and self-service capabilities.

P2P

Interactive prototypes to validate interface design and user journeys for the P2P to I2P initiative, a transformation program evolving the traditional Procure-to-Pay process into a streamlined Idea-to-Pay model. The prototypes illustrated user flows and provided developers with detailed visuals to ensure alignment with requirements.

Freestyle Enhanced Water

The Freestyle Enhanced Water Innovation Workshop focused on reimagining how to deliver greater value to the end user while driving increased consumption. Discussions centered on micro-dosing, connected technology, and personalization, leading to concepts that enhance convenience and engagement.

Project TOCI was an innovation initiative focused on integrating biosensor technology into beverages to enhance consumer engagement and health personalization. The project aimed to explore how real-time biometric data could influence product customization and consumer behavior.
